At Tyres On The Go, we are committed to providing high-quality service and products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or service, please review our refund policy below.

Cancellation and Refunds for Mobile Tyre Fitment Services

Cancellations: 

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee of $150 to cover technician travel and time.

Refunds for Tyre Purchases: 

  • You may request a refund for any tyres purchased before the fitting has been completed. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the request is approved.
  • If the tyres have already been fitted to your vehicle, we cannot offer a refund unless the tyres are found to be faulty or defective, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Faulty or Defective Products:

  • If the tyres we install are found to be faulty or defective, we will work with the manufacturer to provide a replacement or a full refund, in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact us immediately if you notice any defects.

Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule your booking, simply contact our team, and we will find a suitable time for your mobile tyre fitment. There is no fee for rescheduling, provided it is done more than 24 hours before the original appointment.

Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds for tyres that have been used or fitted unless they are found to be faulty or defective as covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
