BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
You can easily book our mobile tyre services via the website or by calling our customer support. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new time. Missed appointments without prior notice will incur a fee of $150 to cover technician time and travel.
LOCATION & ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
Tyre fitting requires adequate space and safe access around the vehicle. A driveway, parking lot, or open area is ideal for our service van. If the location or access poses safety concerns or does not allow for tyre fitting, Tyres On The Go reserves the right to decline or reschedule the service.
For safety reasons, we do not provide roadside services.
INSTALLATION CONDITIONS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is parked in a suitable and safe location for tyre installation. If our technicians determine that the area is unsafe or unsuitable for service, we will request the vehicle be moved to a better location or reschedule the appointment.
DAMAGES
Tyres On The Go will not be held liable for any damages caused by unsafe working conditions at the service location. Customers are expected to ensure the work area is safe and accessible for our technicians.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
We take our environmental impact seriously. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we:
- Dispose of old tyres responsibly and in an environmentally friendly manner.
- Optimise our travel routes to minimise CO2 emissions.
WARRANTIES
All tyres installed by Tyres On The Go come with manufacturer warranties covering any defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty details and coverage vary depending on the tyre brand. For more information about a specific tyre’s warranty, please refer to the manufacturer's guidelines.
INSURANCE
Our technicians are fully insured while providing services at your location. We maintain comprehensive liability coverage to protect both your property and our team during tyre installation.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and AfterPay. Payment is due upon completion of the tyre installation unless otherwise agreed. All transactions are securely processed.
